The option to bring an escort of my choosing is always mandatory. I promise my escort will be respectful, quiet, and not in the way. I do not work with other models except when agreed upon in advance. I do not model open crotch work, or anything that is purely for adult entertainment containing nudity. Except in specific pre-agreed circumstances the only release I will use is the one attached above. It is highly customizable, but protects me as a model. You asking me not to use it is probably a sign that you don't have my best interests at heart so please have a good reason. Violation or purposeful suggestion to violate any of the above terms will result in an immediate and irrevocable cease in all communications between us. Violation of these terms on the premise of a shoot will result in legal action.

For small businesses: I love to collaborate with small business owners and attempt to charge them the bare minimum to help them grow! Individual product advertisements i.e. second hand clothing that needs unique images, one time inventory images, and anything that will not be used for advertisement purposes starts at $50/hr plus travel expenses. These rates vary drastically depending on the intended use for the captured media. Basic fine art modeling (nude but no open crotch) starts at $70/hr plus travel. This will allow you to: capture, edit, publish, and submit credited images to contests. It will not give you the right to: liscense to other people, publish without credit, submit to contests without credit, reproduce physically or digitally, or profit in any way other than promotional gains from the media. This includes any profits made from publishing i.e. a book. Advanced rates and rights granted thereof are on a case by case basis.

Collaborative rates are generally based upon intentions for the finished work. If you contact me with a suggestion, please include as much description of your vision as possible so I can accurately quote you a price. I do not offer collaborative rates to all artists. ALL collaborative shoots must use my photographer/model release. I only do specific nude collaborations of my choice. Please do not contact me suggesting a TFP nude shoot.

My definition of a "personal" project is something not intended for profit in any way. This includes profiting through promotion or exposure. A personal project may be: A single-copy art project A hobby photography project Contest submissions for skill-based recognition with no cash prizes Submissions to things like fashion shows and charity events.
